Eberechukwu Christina Obiamaka Agbogun

Eberechukwu Christina Agbogun is an Investment Banker and Managing Partner of REKIT Financial Advisors Limited, an indigenous independent advisory firm regulated by the Nigerian Securities & Exchange Commission. I am a passionate, dynamic and result-oriented professional with over 22 years of collective experience in mainstream and investment banking. Over the years, I acquired technical and soft skills through training in credit and marketing, asset management, fund management, financial advisory, business development, personal financial planning, enterprise risk management, as well as various complementary skills in delivering exceptional performance across subsectors of the finance industry. I have occupied different leadership positions with a proven track record of accomplishments overtime.

With a first degree in BSc Psychology from the Premier University of Ibadan, I have academic background in strategic management, human resource management, financial management, operations management and marketing management. I also hold a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Business School, Netherlands, a diploma in personal financial planning from the Florida State University and two certifications in Chartered Wealth Management from the American Association of Financial Management (AAFM) and the International Academy of Business & Financial Management (IABFM), USA respectively. I am a member of AAFM, IABFM and an alumna of The Business School, Netherlands. Over the years, I attended several professional and strategic programmes local and offshore. I am currently a doctoral student of the Walden University, USA.

Emeka Mba

CEO/ADVISOR

A seasoned Public Relations Professional with over 22 years of career experience in the media and corporate sectors focused on government and media relations, sustainability and crisis management. He is a 17 year veteran of The Coca-Cola Company where he held roles of increasing responsibility as Public Affairs and Communications Specialist, Community Relations Officer, Community Affairs Manager and Public Affairs Analyst in Coca-Cola Nigeria and subsequently with The Coca-Cola West Africa Business Unit.

  • In these roles, he was a vital anchor for the company on community and national stakeholder management, Policy advocacy, government and media relations, event planning and execution, employee engagement, high social impact program development and implementation, designed to model Coca-Cola’s responsible corporate citizenship and enhanced its corporate acceptance profile.
  • He also supported with the development and implementation of initiatives that catalysed business critical growth, across strategic Industry groups, B2B and multisectoral partnerships.

Amb. Stanley Chukwuemeka Okereafor is a widely travelled communication and media consultant, facilitator, and multiple award-winning public speaker and author.

A Fellow of Theatre Arts (fta), he is a member of several professional associations including the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), the National Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (NANTAP) and Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ).

Lucky Ihanza

Soyinka Witness

POLICY & STRATEGY ADVISOR

Soyinka is a market growth and analytics expert with 11 years of experience across various industries in sub-Saharan Africa. He has conducted market assessment studies in 27 African countries for global majors such as Coca-Cola, Philip Morris International, British-American Tobacco, and many others.

He is versed in market sizing, sales channel analysis and forecasting. He is also trained in Strategic Selection, Sourcing and Performance Management Using the Balanced Scorecard Approach from Altima Africa.

Currently studying at Strathmore University in Kenya, Soyinka is pursuing a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics and Statistical Science. He speaks both English and Swahili fluently.

Dele Agadumo is a consummate media professional with 31 years of experience across print, digital and broadcast media.

She is BPSL’s lead consultant on media strategy, involved with research & development and the overall media functions that take clients’ briefs from conception to actualisation.

With great dedication, Ms Agadumo has overseen numerous media and publicity campaigns to launch emerging corporate brands and help mainstream organisations accomplish strategic business goals, including ventures in the agro-allied sector, chemical and water treatment systems.

Her career as a media professional extends into corporate event planning and management, where she helps clients organise programmes for diverse contexts.

A passionate agro investor herself, Ms Agadumo offers consultancy services in agric value chain investment opportunities to newbies entering the industry, helping start-ups with their pioneering and other established businesses with seamless diversification.

Oluwakemi Abosede Aiyegbusi

Oluwakemi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from University of Abuja and Masters of Arts in Literary Criticism.

Her Professional career spans Policy Advocacy to promote Human Capital Development, Citizen Education, Behavior change communications and Public Sensitization.

Oluwakemi is digital communications savvy and passionate about effective Policy development as a key driver for sustainable enterprise development.

She is a certified member of the Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners of Nigeria; The Nigerian Youth Ambassadors Initiative, amongst others.

Michael Ikechukwu

FINANCE DIRECTOR ADVISOR

Ikechukwu started off his career as an Audit Intern at KPMG Nigeria, and eventually grew through the ranks to an Audit Associate. In his time at KPMG, he acted in his capacity as an external auditor to several local and international companies in the Oil and Gas, Financial Services and Consumer Markets industries.

He currently acts as the Finance Director at Beacon Premium Solutions Limited. He is also a Client Administration Associate at an Asset Management Company, where he manages investment portfolios for individuals and HNIs, and also, fund accounting for the various mutual fund products in billions of Naira.

Ikechukwu holds a BSc. In Accounting from Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun state and a Diploma in Human Resource Development from The Institute of Commercial Management, UK. He is currently working on completing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) certifications.

Stephen Chidera

Chidera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a speciality in Human Resource Management from The Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun state. He spent his post-graduate experience gaining extensive corporate sector exposure, first as an intern and later as a mainstream member of Beacon Premium Solutions Limited ( Public Affairs, Communication and Sustainability Consultants).

Chidera is currently engaged as the Client Portfolio Executive at Beacon Premium Solutions, a role he has managed over the past year. He is adept at strategic planning and communications. His portfolio also includes team briefing, preparation and dispatch and organization of company documents & correspondence, meeting preparation & schedule management, budget preparation & expense tracking, inventory management, human resource management, project management and stakeholder, client & vendor relations.

He possesses excellent written and verbal skills among a plethora of skills such as critical & analytical thinking, leadership, collaboration, time management, negotiation and influencing. Additionally, he possesses functional skills in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint).

He is trained and certified in Digital Marketing and Graphic design and has also taken an active interest in learning some programming languages in order to explore opportunities in the technology space and also has his Master’s degree in Business Administration in view.
